SPORTS STRETCH

Basic stretches that should be done after each gym session but never have time for, to help improve performance and avoid injury


STAY YOUNG

Dance, groove and twist for 100mins. A fun-filled class. Monthly booking essential. Angela Rippon’s proven fitness class..........if done weekly !!


SPRINT SPIN

A HIIT spin class, working as hard as possible for short bursts. Burn calories hours after the class has finished.


KOMBAT

A non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each class is fast and fun, providing an exhilarating experience that delivers results.


KETTLE-CORE

A class split into 2 halves. Kettlebell training improves not only strength and endurance but also improves your posture, balance and cardio fitness. Core training is an essential part of anyone’s fitness regime. A strong core aids a strong body and will give you an advantage in other classes you choose to do.


GET LEAN

An hour concentrating on getting your body lean. Using blasts of high-intensity moves to strip fat, weights to tone, tighten and lift and a wide variety of moves to sculpt the body. A great class for those who want to shape, tone and lean up the entire body.


CORE STABILITY

A mixture of using Swiss Ball exercises and mat based exercises, along with small hand weights. A strong core
aids a strong body.


STRETCH, FLEX AND RELAX

A half hour class split into three. Using different moves and positions to help tone, shape and define the body and aid flexibility.


TOP-TO-TOE

If you want to tone up your legs and butt, and work on that tummy, come along to this class. Using a mix of fitness equipment and your own body weight each week, this class will ensure you stay both keen and lean, you will be hooked.


MUSCLE CONDITIONING

Strength training using weights & body weight exercises to build leaner muscle tone and improve posture.


YOGA

Works on body, mind and spirit - improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.


PILATES

"Retrains and Relaxes both Body and Mind" Pilates is a whole body workout. Encouraging better postural alignment by strengthening the back and core muscles whilst improving flexibility, mobility, co-ordination and stamina - suitable for all ages and abilities.


POLE DANCING

Have fun, lose weight, build confidence and tone up.


KARATE

A martial art class suitable for all ages and genders.


CIRCUIT

A form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building.


SPIN/SPIN EXPRESS/BEGIN TO SPIN

The original and most popular group cycling class. Make your fitness goals a reality. Top-notch instructors and music that begs you to pedal will get you into the best shape of your life.


CARDIO HIIT

Workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burning, improves metabolism (converts food to energy). BOOGIE BOUNCE

It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with safety bar, choreographed to chart-topping inspiring music. This includes an extremely effective cardio section and a really powerful bums, tums, and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked


BODY BLAST

Sport-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. High energy interval class combining athletic, aerobic speed and agility. Choreographed class for all abilities, high energy fun class that gets the results
