New Yoga Class!

A new yoga class begins on Monday’s at 1 to 2.30pm from 12th September!

Lucy began practicing yoga when she was 26. Having some time out following the birth of her first child when she was 40, she decided to pursue her love of yoga and has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and continues to train with the Independent Yoga Network.

Lucy’s classes focus on easing tensions from the body whilst developing strength and softness through gentle postures, flowing sequences and breathing practices. Hopefully, you’ll come away feeling a little bit more relaxed, energised and in tune with yourself!

The classes are accessible to people wanting to try yoga for the very first time as well as those with experience who want to refine and deepen the foundations of their practice.
